Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, THERESA MARROCCO will take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with [Your Company Name]'s Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notice must include:
